No Flour Banana Pancakes

How to make No Flour Banana Pancakes Step-by-Step

  1. Grab a medium-large sized bowl
  2. add two bananas to bowl
  3. add 1 cup of creamy peanut butter to bowl
  4. add a pinch of sea salt
  5. add a tbsp of ground cinnamon
  6. Using a hand blender, mix all of the ingredients until the batter is smooth without lumps
  7. Melt butter in a frying pan on medium heat
  8. Once butter is melted, use a spoon to place your batter into the middle of the pan
  9. Allow your batter to cook until you see brown around the edges and it feels sturdy enough to flip, (this usually takes 3-5 minutes depending on the size of your pancakes, the pancake will also release from the pan and be able to slide around easily once it is ready to be flipped.)
  10. Once your pancake is flipped allow it to finish cooking for a few more minutes, once it is browned on the bottom it is done
  11. Remove your pancake and place on a plate for cooling, then enjoy!
