Banana Cream Pancake

How to make Banana Cream Pancake Step-by-Step

  1. Make two large No Flour Banana Pancakes
  2. Pour 1 pint of heavy whipping cream into a medium bowl
  3. Add a packet of Jello’s sugar free instant banana cream pudding
  4. Using a hand blender, mix the banana cream pudding mix with the heavy whipping cream until mixture thickens (this takes only a minute or two)
  5. Using parchment paper, place the first banana pancake (cooled) on the paper and using a spoon add banana cream pudding on top
  6. Once you have your desired layer of banana cream, add the other pancake on top
  7. Use the parchment paper to wrap up the banana cream pancake
  8. Place banana cream pancake into the freezer for 1 hour, then Enjoy

Ingredients needed

2 ripe bananas

1 cup of creamy peanut butter

1 tbsp. ground cinnamon

pinch of sea salt

butter

heavy whipping cream

packet of Jello banana cream pudding
