How to make Banana Cream Pancake Step-by-Step
- Make two large No Flour Banana Pancakes
- Pour 1 pint of heavy whipping cream into a medium bowl
- Add a packet of Jello’s sugar free instant banana cream pudding
- Using a hand blender, mix the banana cream pudding mix with the heavy whipping cream until mixture thickens (this takes only a minute or two)
- Using parchment paper, place the first banana pancake (cooled) on the paper and using a spoon add banana cream pudding on top
- Once you have your desired layer of banana cream, add the other pancake on top
- Use the parchment paper to wrap up the banana cream pancake
- Place banana cream pancake into the freezer for 1 hour, then Enjoy
